Apologies for minimal shots, kitchen was hectic and I was HUNGRY. Split in half to share, garlic confit was roasted in oven for an hour and added to the mashed potatoes. Garlic, rosemary, and some herb butter was used to baste in the last minute~ of cooking.

How’d I do? I’m usually a bit nervous to post because everyone’s looks so perfect.
