So idk why my fps cap is bugged,it won't go over 100 although in terminal it says fps_max 800,I got CS 1.6 from CS download.net(I also can't bhop bcz of it)

Intel nuc D54250WYK with cooling rig,cooled down to 31°c at max load,like 4tb of total storage,128gb ram,200W max load,crazy setup,smokes neo's(even the clapped neo's)
