Hi all. My wife and I received a Creatista Plus (refurbished) as a holiday gift. It just started to malfunction and the warranty is only for 6 months. We are trying to contact customer service but keep getting the runaround and being sent to Breville who then tells us to take it up with Nespresso, and so on and so on. Has anyone has any luck with this and, if so, who did you end up calling? Is there a phone number you can provide? Thanks!
