Had meeting and assessment today so I ate 2 mint and it’s about <10 cal for two mints. Absolutely regretted it. After 30 minutes or so I got hungry probably due to insulin. I felt weak and have slight headache but overall I still feel my mind being super clear and not too tired.
Two days left….
It’s hard…
My plan was eating for two days and go on another 5 days but I might do 72 instead of 120.

I didn’t take pictures for day one but starting now.
SW 155.2 lb 😭 age 38 height 5”8
I think I gain 15 - 20 lb after being in relationship. A very happy one 😅

My ultimate goal is 130 lb. I used to do 18/6 , 20/4 intermittent fasting on daily basis but have let go due to work and just let loose of my happy eating era.

I think alternative fasting might fit my mentality and life style better than intermittent.

Sorry it’s my first time really documenting my weight and pictures online so I’m posting a lot. I want to hold myself accountable by posting.

I have a few questions for fasting veterans. In order to reach my goal.

  1. Is 5 days fast and 2 days eating a good method?

  2. How long will it take to reach my goal? (Approximately)

  3. Is 120/48 a good way to loose weight without loosing too much muscle?

  4. After I reach my goal should I keep 120/48 life style?

  5. Normally how long do people go on to another fast to maintain or what is a good balance alternative fasting to corporate into a long term life style?

Thank you

I’m second day into my 5 day fast. I drink water with 1 tbsp of chia seed everyday. Just realized that might break my fast since chia seed is high calories as a seed.

I’m not sure if it will break my fast for weight loss.
