I am subletting my spacious two-story brownstone (1,000 ft+) in Bed-Stuy for June 1st to August 1st.
The apartment features a large, private backyard space that is ideal for summer. The apartment is a two-bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms and has all the original fixtures of an original brownstone. It has not been chopped up into a tiny apartment like many spots in the city.
My room is the master suite featuring a huge walk-in closet, a queen-sized bed, a vanity, and a projector. The closet will be emptied so you can store your clothes.
The apartment is about a 10-minute walk to the Nostrand A/C station and the Herbert Von King Park, and around 7 minutes to the Bedford Ave G train station.
My rent is $2300/month for my room + $100/month for utilities.
