36f with one kid -2 years
Can I buy a house worth 2 cr in two years time
Currently employed in PSU with net pay of 1.3lpm
After marriage and a baby mostly on leave so only half pay or no pay from last 3 years
Have been working since 2016 for marriage spent almost all savings.
Currently doing sip of 15k in mutual funds
Recurring Fd of 35 k started recently
PPF yearly -1.5 lakh so monthly 20 k
Savings
Mutual funds -7lakhs
Stocks equity-10 lakhs
PPF- 15.7 lakhs
NPS- 30 lakhs
What should I be doing to purchase home worth 2 cr in two years
Edit- I have purchased gold -200 gms for marriage
Got rental property -rent around 15 k monthly
Other one empty plot in rural area minimum price around 20 lakh
