Hello tribe! I'm looking for anyone that has switched from tirzepatide to semaglutide with success. All I seem to read is people that have switched in reverse. I have been on Tirzepatide since June 2025 and have lost 63 lbs with only another 10 to go. And seriously considering switching due to fatigue and cost. I have tried cutting my dosage back and even splitting, but the food noise comes back pretty loud. I really don't want to spend this entire summer fatigue like last summer.
