The investment returns page is so outdated. It will show returns "since inception" but doesn't even show when the inception is. I know I can go back and check but I mean can they just display the date beside the return numbers?
Secondly, do these returns account for deposits? I don't even know and can't find a clear answer. Am I supposed to go back and dig up my old files just to calculate when I made the deposits and how much? I wish they can just have an actually useful returns page that just shows
- your account name
- annualized and rolling returns, adjusted for deposits, your history of deposits and when you made them
- option to compare yourself against the most relevant index
Is it really so hard... I mean they have all the data already. I am this close to transferring everything to Wealthsimple
