Insinkerator H2O heater nut size

I installed a HOT 250 insinkerator instant hot water heater this week. There is a plastic nut that secures the unit from the bottom. It is pretty big but there isn’t any kind of hex head to tighten it with. There is no way to get any type of pliers on it. Hand tight it still wiggles a bit.
I am looking to get a hex nut (fixing nut?) but I can’t figure out the size. I have found a 32mm on Amazon, not sure if that’s right. I called customer service and they kept telling me it would be an 11mm . I know that is not right. Is 32mm a standard size?

I have an 18x40 in ground pool that just last year I gave up maintenance on after about 28 years. I am wondering what I should expect out of my weekly maintenance that I pay $225/month for. Seems like they are averaging 15 minutes from the time they unload their vacuum until they are seen on camera loading it up again. They check the chemicals and empty the 4 skimmer baskets and the filter basket. He took out a brush and kinda brushed a small section. Then he ran the vacuum, but there is not much to get because I have a Polaris 380. My pool is not screened so the leaves can get heavy, but I empty the skimmers a couple times during the week to get the majority of them. I have filled a 32 gallon garbage pail in between their visits.

So after all that, what should I expect from my pool service guy? Thanks!
