The octopus taco was underwhelming and was actually a mashed potato taco with octopus toppings.

The one thing that stood out about the taco is how mushy it was due to all the ingredients having the same soft texture. The octopus was a very small tentacle chopped up and would have benefited from more char to get a crisp for texture contrast.

The service was incredible and the people who worked there are genuinely very nice. And I feel bad hating this taco.

Also having metal stools in full sun should be criminal for a taco stand!
