help…my pmdd is effecting every part of my life. I had the miraina IUD and it helped so much but the pain became unbearable. I got it out in March and the first cycle was rough, April’s cycle was so bad I had a mood swing that was so bad I blacked out.

I tried the peocid ac and claritin trick I have seen but that didn’t do anything. I also have possible pcos/pmos and endo. Surgery scheduled for next month. I just feel defeated over this. What tips or tricks do you all have? Thanks in advance!
