A couple months ago I had replaced my torque converter on my 2003 530ia due to a bad seal which threw a p0741 code, and as soon as I did that everytime I put the car in gear whilst it’s cold the rpm would dip or sometimes even stall but this problem just disappears as soon as the car is driven a bit . I switched out the torque converter twice thinking I had gotten a faulty one but it wasn’t the issue. I thought it was the fluid but had it checked 3 times and it was full. Car shifts perfectly fine and absolutely no codes.
