I think they both have the same attack power (or that the difference isn't large enough to be significant in most cases), and Denji has the advantage in speed, but I'm one of those who think Denji's stamina isn't comparable to his attack power, and I see it as much more likely that Yuji will be able to use his best area-of-effect attack thanks to Dismantle to deplete Denji's regeneration and leave him with no options.
