1m PO how does it look?
Hello I am 1m PO (TT, MR, HR & Lipo360) still have swelling around and sore on the side flanks. How does my belly button look? I still have to start bellybutton training and will start putting the plug in from today onwards.
Overall I am so happy with the recovery and results just a bit concerned regarding bellybutton.
