Y’all! First time going to movement and I am trying to learn a bit about after parties. Can one go with the flow or is it better to plan afters ahead of time because they sell out?

Also any afters suggestion? I am the kind of person who likes Dax j and Ellen Allien a lot, but I’d like to explore some more indie or old school techno when in Detroit (I am going to movement on Saturday so those two will be there)
