Does anyone know what this is? is it a serious issue?
Weird trails appeared in the corners of drywall, and the paint on the celling is a slighty off, with small solid bubbles of paint/drywall in random spots no mold or any other signs of water damage the trails and bubbles are solid to the touch
Is this a serious issue or will a repaint be enough?
