I keep having reoccurring issues with patients having issues flossing and being sensitive after doing class II fillings. I use either a garrison matrix or a promatrix band. I barely if at all burnish now. I do multiple small increments. I try not do over dry. I've tried everything. Our other doc doesn't have these issues and she even "assisted" me on a filling just to watch my technique and saw no issues. I feel like I've going crazy!! Especially with the issues with flossing. They floss well, no catch, radiographically look good. What could be going on?

I have been wearing my Enova 2.5x mag loupes since dental school.... I'm two years out now. I need something that is a higher magnification and was curious as to what everyone's recommendation is? I definitely need something higher, but I'm nervous to immediately jump to a 4.something. I have two Enova batteries and one has completely died, so I'm not brand loyal, but I have loved these loupes.
