Hoping to get some advice on what years I should look out for to buy a used veloce model.

I ideally would like to get one with the new headlights from the 2023 onwards facelift but have heard of a minor facelift in 2020 which improves the interior, so is the wise decision to buy a veloce with the 2020 interior facelift and then fit the new headlights into that?
