Hello, I recently got prescribed 30mg duloxetine and today I finally started it. About 3 hours after taking it I started feeling nauseous. Shortly after I started vomiting. Is this normal? I wasn’t educated on the side effects by my prescriber. I know nausea is a common side effect in the first week but I’m worried that it’s going to lead to vomiting every time I take it. I’m going to call the doctor about this but just curious if my situation is normal. I did see someone say in a different thread that taking it at night was better for them. I believe there is a 20mg dose so maybe I’ll suggest that too.
