I had 3 years experience in audit and now 9 years experience in private company, at first i enjoyed everything transitioning from audit to local - however habang tumagatagal i feel like ang bagal ng pag progress ko sa career sureball the people still trusted me with my work but i feel drained in politics and issues na di naman related sa main stream ng work ko. as of now i want to transition again to a consulting firm not big 4 pero target market sana is US. Mahihirapan po ba ako magtransition? and will the pay be better?
