Hi everyone,

I noticed that my SIBO symptoms worsen a lot when I’m around my period. It seems like I always have this kind of cycle in my symptoms every month, which I believe could be related to the hormonal cycle.

I have never taken any kind of birth control, but I was wondering if there was options to help? Maybe a birth control that eliminates the cycle of hormones ? Which options do I have ? I was thinking of maybe taking the progestin-only pill.
