How to complain on faulty charger?

There are several chargers installed in my route at most of the IOCL, HPCL and BPCL stations. But almost all of them don't work. So you cannot rely on them. How or what's the process and whom to complain to make them work and keep them available? With PM announcing that he's cutting down his convoy and trying to add vehicles for government departments, it'll push more people to buy EV while the existing chargers will be getting busier each day. So we must get the existing set up, up and running to handle the situation. Guide me on the process to raise a complaint so that it'll be actioned.

I noticed something strange today. My Nexon EV Empowered Plus A LR used to show range more than 350 and at a time it showed 420 kms when I was repeatedly DC fast charging in the week after delivery when I was waiting for the wall charger installation. I started to alternatively charge with 3.3kw AC at home and 30kw DC fast charging with shell recharge at my office. The range was consistently showing around 300kms.

This time I charged upto 90% with 3.3 kw AC at home and after driving for some 60kms, I topped up to 100% at BPCL eDrive 60kw DC fast charger. The range was showing more than 360 and even after driving 80kms it was showing 310kms (75%) until I plugged in the 3.3kw AC at home today.

Strange thing started now. With every 1% increase in charge, the range is dropping by 1km as shown in the app.

Now my question, what is the right way to follow while charging, for the battery to give more range.?

What happens if we charge regularly with DC fast charger?

It's there any difference in battery performance between 3.3 and 7.2 kw chargers, both being AC?

Will software updates give better clarity?

Hi my sales and service advisor has advised me against a full floor mat. Reason, it's not advised for ev cars as it might elevate the battery beneath and if not done carefully, they might damage the sensors for seat ventilation and airbag sensors. What's the best floor mat that I can get so that I don't harm the battery beneath but keep the interiors clean and easy to maintain?

I currently have my weekly SIPs for these stocks. I'm thinking if it'll be right if I can switch these total money to weekly SIP on one single stock first and then move on to the next to save on the brokerage. But also worried that I might miss the opportunity of cost averaging over a period of time where the trading and brokerage fees will be justified by the dividend yields reinvesting. Requesting the right guidance from experienced investors.
