Any recommendations for apartments/townhomes/houses for rent that allow 3 pets (cats)?

Other than being pet friendly we aren't too picky.

Nice to have:

In unit washer/dryer

Private outdoor space (balcony/fenced yard)

Budget: looking to stay under $2k

Don't mind a small space.
