Found these ratters, they got new rat, Its messed up, they're just spying on people

So I got false banned for 2 weeks, and its been at least a week since it happened, and today I tried to join, and i was unbanned??? Idk how, do any of you guys know? Im not complaning just usually theres no chance to get unbanned cuz the moderation isnt great
