I want to know where I can find young and capable people very very adept with AI/ coding for a start up. Also what wage they'd probably want. Is it better to recruit from job posting or straight from campuses? Which campuses are at the frontier rn?

I noticed some people think very highly of private institutions. I did grade 1-12 there. Thought doing this would help people understand whats how private schools are. Ask me anything. Will try to answer to the best of my capability.
