I got the conditional offer from USyd earlier this year and a fully-funded scholarship for a PhD in USyd a couple of weeks ago. However, I received no response after I sent the requested documents to the Scholarship Office on April 16. They previously indicated that a revised offer would be returned after 7-10 working days. I wonder if this is a normal situation... I did send some follow-up emails, but I have not received any responses either.
I appreciate any suggestion.
