My 93' Honda Acty HA4 needs its Carburetor Diaphragm replaced. The diaphragm's vacuum seal is no longer keeping the fuel at bay and is causing idling and air intake issues.

I've ordered Part 16046-PN3-005 - which I thought was the correct Diaphragm Replacement Part, but now that the part came in, the part does not line up... So I'm at a loss! Is there a different Part Number I should be looking for? Does anyone know the Keihin Part number that I might be able to source? Any help is appreciated!
