Voucher Reconciliation
Here’s a little backstory, I completed the BS in IT degree in 2025 and shortly began the MS in IT Management after. I took the Project Management course where I received the PMI CAPM voucher which is a voluntary exam. As I was more so focused on completing my classes while working a full time job, I chose to just bank the voucher and use it when I was free to use it. Now, I have attempted to use the given voucher and it is not allowing me to schedule the exam. I have reached out to assessment services but their response was basically, “because you are not currently enrolled, we can’t replace your voucher. If you should find yourself re enrolled at WGU at any point, we can help you then”. Has anyone ever came across this? I feel that since I paid for the course and completed the class I should be owed a fully functioning voucher. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Also the voucher was not expired.
