Hiya, I've never been the most active on Reddit (a lurker) but I wanted to see if anyone had any advice or experiences to share?

I am 20F and have previously been on Fluoxetine, and now Sertraline (50mg) for about 5~ years, for mood swings and depression relating to autism. I have recently become sexually active, and the sexual dysfunction has become too much for me to handle. It is numbness, inability to orgasm but NO decrease in libido.

My GP recommended starting Duloxetine 30mg with a direct switch. I have been on Sertraline for a long time now, and I'm nervous about the change. I was wondering if anyone has made this switch, or have found anything that helped them with similar issues?
