Strategy critique 1.6M want to retire in Spain

Hey folks, we’re 37M, 40F —no kids (not planning on it) one dog—and we’re laying out our portfolio. We’re aiming to retire in about 4 or 5 years with $3M and move to Portugal or Spain. Here’s what we’ve got:

401(k): $355K combined
Roth IRA: $145K
Crypto: $45K
Home equity (main house): $290K
Joint brokerage: $169K
Play stocks: $5.5K
Car equity: $30K
Cash: $20K
HSA: $1.65K
3 paid-off rentals, estimated to sell for $430K total
RSUs: $135K waiting to convert (avoiding short-term tax hit)
Rental income now: ~$3.5K monthly

Total net worth: $1.62M including home and rentals.

Alright, let us have it. What’s off, what’s absurd, and where are we delusional?
