DBQs were submitted with REE medical and VA is still scheduling a C&P for mental health. Even though my husband had been going to counseling and taking meds for years. Last week he even got a diagnosis for severe anxiety and depression through a VA counselor. My husband doesn’t want to go to C&P because all his friends that went through REE medical are telling him not to go because the VA needs to make determination based on what they have already. My fear is that he will get denied for not showing up even though he really does have severe mental health issues. This is for an increase by the way. He already has 50% for general anxiety.
