I have had an offer accepted on a property and the building inspection came back with the following 3 defects.

We feel that the leak in the garage is most likely due to blocked downpipes in the corner of the garage but unsure.

After speaking to the building inspector he feels that a repair cost of $5,000 would be conservative and a safe bet. Does anyone else think otherwise.

Does anyone have any recommendations regarding a good roof plumber around Melbournes West that works on tile roofs could do an inspection and provide a quote to repair.
