We are coming to Japan for 14 nights soon and are so excited! We are staying for 2 nights near Tokyo Station then off to Kawaguchiko, Kyoto, Osaka. Our final 4 nights are in Tokyo. I request guidance on where our family of 5 should stay. I am so torn and cannot make a decision. We aren't luxury shoppers or into anime/pokemon etc but everything else would be great. We envision our daily routine to be walking to the subway/train/bus and heading somewhere for at least half a day; maybe even staying out until after dinner and them riding home to rest and repeat. Where would you base your family of 5 for those nights before heading to Haneda. Thank you!
