Work productivity

I work at a relatively big firm, it has quite a few locations and 2000+ employees. Sometimes I am low on work and get worried that my employees can track this and will blame me.

We have KPIs which is the time recording but aside from this, can your employer see things like if your mouse hasn’t moved in some time etc?

We also have teams which of course shows your status.

I often ask for work and I am doing what I can to be productive but worried that my slow time is going to be tracked.

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge on this?

I’m 22 and have noticed spider veins on my legs since 6 years ago. They’ve only grown more and more over the years and they do bother me.

I know you can’t get rid of them unless you get surgery or go to a clinic. I was more wanting advice on how to prevent them further.

I’d seen that exercise was important so I made an effort to go the gym more. They only grew more and now I’ve found out that heavy exercise (squats etc) can make them worse. I’d been going to a weekly leg class that is mostly centred around squats and is quite intense.

Does anyone know more about this? What sort of exercises won’t aggravate the veins and how can I work around this?

Gutted to see that even running can worsen spider veins.
