Ran into a little extra cash and I'm looking to finally pick up a clap stack. Seems like these things can cost A LOT for the "nice ones" (byzance, agop) and they seem very high quality from what I've seen, but I also know there are a lot of cheaper options that hit above their price point. I'm very much leaning towards the Meinl Byzance 10/12/14 stack at this time as it seems to be the most popular and I love what I've heard, but I want to get a check for what all is available out there outside of the big cymbal manufacturers.

I don't have anywhere near me that I can go try these out and hear them for myself, so looking to the wisdom of the beautiful r/drums community to help here. Thanks!
