On and off Diarrhea for the past month and half

Wanted to vent/seek any ideas. I have a 4 year old Aussie, Blue Heeler, Border Collie mix. For the past month or maybe a little longer, she’s been having on and off diarrhea. We were feeding her Rachel Ray’s beef and pea formula for a while, then she started having a tough time with diarrhea, so about a month and a half ago we switched her to Hill’s Science Diet i/d to try to get her poop back to normal.
After some good poops, we had a trainer who gave her new treats and we knew she might get the runs after that. She did, but after it got better it randomly started again while still being on the i/d diet. Thought it was maybe stress, but the past two weeks she’s been super calm and it still goes from normal poop, to normal with ice cream consistency at the end, to mucus only coming out in little shotgun blasts, then back to normal after not pooping for half the day.
She’s now been fully on boiled chicken and rice for two days. On Tuesday she had a good poop, then softer, then super soft and mucus later that night. Last night she threw up white foam three times. It seemed more like acid reflux or nausea than actual food vomit. She had last pooped yesterday around 4pm, then didn’t poop again until today around 12, and it was still orange bile-looking diarrhea.
We sent a stool sample to the vet two days ago, but man this is taking a toll mentally.
