So my son bought a physical Roblox giftcard at walmart , When he tried and redeem on the site he was given a error code. So I initally thought walmart didn't activate the card and reach out their customer service and was told they could not do anything about 3rd party giftcards and to resolve it through Roblox customer service. Gave Roblox image of the reciept and giftcard along side the store information was given the loop around saying that walmart needs to activate the card. So once again went back to walmart and they said it literally as soon as the card is ringed up and paid for it is activated and there is no way it couldnt be inactivate. That I have to resolve it through Roblox so once again reach out to them and get a same exact robotic response that I need to bring it back to the store..... How do I get this fixed cause at this point this is fraud
