Hello! Not the usual I made 10k MRR kind of post (soon) But seeking for some advice from fellow veterans! Released my first app on Apr 28 and I’m still trying to understand how to read App Store Connect data properly.

I know the basics of ASO, but I’m curious how people actually use early data to make decisions or run experiments.

What metrics matter most early on?
How do you decide what to optimize first icon, screenshots, keywords, positioning, onboarding, etc?

And at what point do you decide to keep iterating vs move on entirely?

Would genuinely appreciate advice from people who’ve gone through this before.
