So basically the title. I got NOID for an H1-B transfer and the company’s immigration attorney just said they need to provide additional documentations and said they handled the same case before and are confident about it. But I know 2 people from the same company with the same job title got approved and we were filed together. I wonder what made my case different that the others got approved and I got NOID and now I’m spiralling. Please help me not spiral lol 😭
