Anyone else worried this Labour infighting will add another 0.5%-1% on mortgage rates?
5 year swap rate is up 4% today and will only go higher is Starmer is forced out. This plus the inflation pressures due to the Iran conflict will see edge up. I wonder how many people will put of buying a home with all this going on?
