pain after working out?
About 1.5 years ago I had double jaw surgery, and ever since then I’ve been dealing with pain in my teeth/gums (maybe even the jaw joint?) and bleeding when brushing my teeth. Neither I nor my dentists have really figured out the cause.
Recently I got sick (cough, runny nose, etc.), and during that time I also stopped working out for a bit. My workouts are mostly push-ups and pull-ups. Strangely, the pain/bleeding seemed to improve a little while I wasn’t exercising.
Could working out somehow be making this worse? If so, why would that happen? Has anyone experienced something similar after jaw surgery?
