“Just start” is terrible advice for first-time SaaS founders

A year ago today, I wanted to build a SaaS business so badly.

I had seen so many success and "get rich quick" stories.

The problem was I had no idea what the actual process looked like.

Every video was like:

“Find a problem. Build fast. Get users.”

Cool… but how?

I spent weeks stuck between:

validating ideas

learning no-code/tools

figuring out landing pages

pricing

launches

getting first users

marketing and growth

Honestly, I was consuming more startup content than building.

So I started creating a simpler step-by-step system for myself — basically a practical roadmap for people trying to launch their first SaaS without feeling completely lost.

That led to me building embrLaunch.com, which is the culmination of my SaaS journey

It's made to help new/inexperienced founders, build, grow and manage their online business all in one place, with guides, management tools, and AI advisory.

Would be great if new founders could try it out and give me some feedback, it's free for 7 days ❤️
