Hello , this is the first time posting here so I am sorry if my writing is kind of messy. I am not sure if this has been asked before but I want to know if you also think that the paranormal world often affects people who have mental health problems. To be more specific and explain my point of view, souls who are hurt and vulnerable are more available to the paranormal world cause of their vulnerability. I am talking about all kind of paranormal activities but especially spirits with bad intentions. First of all , when you are vulnerable it is easier for your world to overlap with the paranormal , either for good intentions, bad intentions or just playing around intentions. To be more specific and give some examples , good intentions might be a person you lost trying to communicate with you and it is easier firstly cause of the connection you have with them and secondly cause you are more vulnerable , the bad intentions in this situation would be tricking you to connect with them by pretending they are the person you lost since you are grieving and often openly looking for a sign that there is an afterlife and playing around would be just messing with you for fun again cause of your vulnerability, grief and hope of interacting with the person you love again, It’s not a coincidence that people who have lost someone tend to experience more paranormal activity. I believe that grief is a mental health situation that really puts people closer to the paranormal world but I also believe that in general mental health allows you and kind of “forces” ypu to experience paranormal stuff especially in situations where your mental health messes up your sleep schedule and in general exhausting you , cause again you are more vulnerable and exhausted which means it’s easier to access the paranormal world or it easier for the paranormal world to access you. Thank you if you read my opinion and I would really love to hear yours!!
