basically i cant type shit without random shit popping up and i found out my windows key is stuck its just holding that key the whole time

i have tried to type everything but it just didnt work. Earlier it did but the keys were wrong, for example, the 1 key was switched into becoming exclamation mark without the need for pressing shift. Ive tried everything from reseting with the safe mode thing but i just couldnt get it to work please help me
