Has anyone else had automation workflows randomly break after updates (especially around tokens / resume URLs)?

I’ve been digging into a few cases where things that worked fine suddenly fail after version changes—especially with webhook resumes or state-based nodes.

In one case, everything broke after an update with “invalid token” errors, even though the workflow itself didn’t change.

Curious if this is just bad config or if there’s a broader pattern around how these systems handle state across versions.
