My partner came across these Nordic Sourdough crackers. They are SO DELICIOUS, especially with the Priano meat and cheese trays. I’ve been packing the crackers and the hot Genoa salami & hot provolone tray in my lunch, just split the cheese rounds in half and throw on top, it’s so good!!!
And noticed the rotary grate and slice in their ads, was glad to come across it! I constantly make tzatziki and Asian cucumber salads in the summer and hand grating gets to be tedious real fast! Don’t get me started on hand grating block cheese!!! Used the grater as soon as I got it for a Doner Kebab recipe. The suction on the bottom is strong!! Held up nicely, there is a tiny gap between the grater and press so you will have a thin strip of whatever you grate leftover. The whole thing comes apart for easy cleaning. I was confused about how the clear plastic part came off so I beat it off😂 and discovered the blue tear drop button needs to be pressed down to release the lever for easy removal. Luckily it did not break!
