So I'm 8 months post op and have felt great since about 2 months po. Enter some discomfort and spotting after sex, and back in to the or for me. Turns out I had a rather large patch of granuloma tissue at my cuff that needed to be cleaned up. She did a lap exploratory to make sure everything else was okay and low and behold, there was still a patch of endo left behind where they removed my ovary.

Moral of the story is listen to your bodies, ladies.
