Hi everyone, I'm thinking I need a change. I've been with my brokerage for 6 years and I think it's holding me back. It just isn't the right fit anymore.

This is my first and only real estate company I've worked for. I've noticed real estate companies don't really advertise hiring new agents. How would you suggest basically asking if you're able to join a company? I believe I have a lot to offer, I just feel odd reaching out as they are not openly looking for new agents. Thanks in advance.
