no improvement in a year

feeling so rubbish. been training a year now properly, and my 5k has budged from 24:11 to 24:05. my 1.5 mile has gone from 9:30 to 10:45. i’ve been following structured programs and eating loads, and getting great sleep. i don’t drink. people i know that don’t even run more than a couple times a month are beating me in runs. what do i do? been following runna programmes, however i seem to get injured and in pain every time i hit about 30mpw
