According to the wiki, the Ninja outfit apparently gives the player silent footsteps, and it says that a few other DLC outfits also give these bonuses. Are the DLC outfits the only ones that give bonuses? What other outfits give bonuses?
I'm trying to do a no kills run of Watch Dogs 2, however, I'm not sure whether or not the melee (AKA Thunder Ball) could be considered lethal or non-lethal. In my testing, I've found that there's no difference between using a shotgun against someone and using the Thunder Ball, and when I once used it against someone, a civilian called the police saying, "There's been a murder!" which would indicate it is lethal, but I feel like it should be non-lethal and the wiki says it's non-lethal.
Am I missing anything, or is melee lethal?
